- This training is for anyone who feels they’ve been inactive for too long and wants to get moving.
- If you feel stiff, slow, or unstable, and you’re tired of it
- Stairs, golf, yard work, travel, or keeping up with the grandkids hurt more than they should
You want real coaching and a plan, not wandering around the gym feeling unprepared.
Two tracks, one program:
1- Rebuild Track– Easy Pace, joint-friendly with more coaching cues
2- Progress Track– More intensity, more load, light competition
Mats will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear good tennis shoes and bring water.
