Pitching Lessons

Bring your own catcher, teammate/parent.

Players will progress through our 4 stage pitching program, strengthening mechanics, controlling spots and spin, and building speed and stamina in the circle.

Pitching Coaches:
Coach Nicole – Online lesson format during semesters, in-person over summer and winter break. When you book a lesson and you get a lane and training equipment, an in-person coach assistant, and Coach Nicole on Zoom.
Coach Abby – In-person at the club.
Coach Station – In-person at the club.
